Prior roles include Career Services Coordinator and Veteran Career Developer, where responsibilities ranged from resource room management to assessing job seekers' needs. Michael's military background includes serving as an Equal Opportunity Advisor for Commander Naval Force Atlantic and the US Navy, ensuring compliance across numerous commands. Educational achievements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Workforce Education Training and Development from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and an Associate’s Degree in Electrical and Mechanical Technology from Coastline College.
