Damien Bevelle

Damien Bevelle serves as an Assistant Professor and Director of the Pre-Law Institute at Hampton University since August 2022. Prior to this role, Damien Bevelle worked as an Attorney at Holwell Shuster & Goldberg LLP from October 2014 to October 2022, focusing on complex commercial, securities, and antitrust litigation, along with related civil, criminal, and regulatory matters. Damien Bevelle also held positions as an Associate Attorney at Clark Guldin Attorneys at Law from July 2019 to May 2021, practicing Commercial Litigation in New York and New Jersey, and as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Esther Salas at the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, from December 2012 to September 2014. Previous experience includes being an Associate at DeCotiis, FitzPatrick & Cole, LLP, and a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Greta Gooden Brown in the State of New Jersey. Damien Bevelle earned a Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2010 and a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Banking from Hampton University in 1996.
