LTG Darrell K. Williams, US Army Retired, has a distinguished work history in various leadership and managerial roles. From 2009 to 2010, they served as the Director of Logistics, Engineering, and Security Assistance at US Pacific Command, overseeing support for 325,000 US troops in the Pacific and Indian Ocean regions. From 2010 to 2012, they were the Commander of Defense Logistics Agency, Land and Maritime. Williams then became the Deputy Chief of Staff at the US Army Materiel Command from 2012 to 2014. LTG Darrell K. subsequently served as the Commander of the 1st Theater Sustainment Command, providing logistical support to over 100,000 military personnel, from 2014 to 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they were the Commander of Combined Arms Support Command. Williams then held the position of Director of Defense Logistics Agency from 2017 to 2020, responsible for managing the agency's worldwide logistics support and 26,000 personnel. From 2020 to 2022, they joined Leidos, serving as Vice President, Defense Group, and later as Vice President and Managing Director of the UK Logistics Division. Currently, they are the President of Hampton University.
LTG Darrell K. Williams, US Army Retired, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Hampton University, obtained from 1979 to 1983. LTG Darrell K. later pursued a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from Penn State University from 1989 to 1991. Additionally, they attended the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College from 1993 to 1995, earning a Master of Military Art and Science. Lastly, in 2003 and 2004, LTG Williams attended the National War College, acquiring a Master of Science degree in National Security Strategy.
