Michael Misiorski has extensive experience in finance and administration, having worked at a number of companies in senior leadership positions. Michael most recently served as Chief Executive Officer at the Sagamore Spirit and will be joining Hampton Water Wine Co. as CEO in 2023. Michael previously worked as CFO and EVP of Strategy at Edrington and held various roles at The Edrington Group Americas, including SVP Finance and CFO and Chief Commercial & Chief Financial Officer. Before that, they were SVP & CFO North America at Stoli Group USA and North America SVP and CFO at Bacardi. Earlier in their career, they were VP of Finance & Administration, CFO at The Absolut Spirits Company and Director of Finance at Seagram. Michael began their career at Oxy as an International Sr Auditor and later worked as a Senior Auditor - Investments at Transamerica. Throughout their career, Misiorski has demonstrated a track record of success in establishing financial processes and procedures, driving rapid growth through M&A deals, spearheading business restructuring and transformation, and building high-performing teams.
Michael Misiorski attended the University of Arizona where they completed a double major in Accounting and Finance for an unknown period of time. Michael also pursued a master's degree in International business administration from the University of Miami Herbert Business School. Later, they received executive leadership training in Change Management from INSEAD, which they completed in 2008.
