Aleksandr Volodarsky

Aleksandr Volodarsky is an experienced professional with a robust background in business development and leadership within the tech industry. Currently serving as a Founding Member at Hampton since July 2022, Aleksandr contributes to a peer community for founders and CEOs of fast-growing startups. As the CEO and Founder of Lemon.io since August 2015, Aleksandr leads efforts to connect startups with vetted offshore developers. Previous roles include Business Development positions at organizations such as Software Development, R&D outstaffing, Displify, and Creator Capital Partners, focusing on markets in Israel and the US. Aleksandr has also held positions in sales and customer service management at UCT, where notable achievements include working with over 1500 clients monthly, and managed events at SUN Event. Aleksandr holds a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.
