Katy Trost

Katy Trost serves as a CEO Coach and Advisor, specializing in guiding tech CEOs in London and New York City towards effective leadership and the development of healthy organizations. As the Founder of PeraCEOs, Trost creates a network for late-stage tech company CEOs, facilitating intimate gatherings and meaningful connections. Additionally, Trost is a partner at Octopus Ventures, providing coaching within the Octopus Coaching Hub, and contributes as a judge and coach for Tech Nation's Future Fifty and Upscale Program.
