Cory Plaster

Cory Plaster is the Director of Business Optimization at Hamra Enterprises since November 2023. Prior to this role, Cory worked at Panera Bread for over two decades, holding various positions such as Director of Deployment & Program Management, Sr Manager of Business Services, Manager of IT Field Technology, and General Manager. Cory's responsibilities included overseeing new technology rollouts, internal application maintenance, forecasting and budgeting for software and hardware needs, managing relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers, as well as identifying critical paths and mitigating conflicts across multiple projects. Cory holds a Bachelor's Degree from Missouri State University.
