Mahmoud Abdelhafez is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade in various roles within the sales and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Sales Executive at Hamza Group since March 2016, Mahmoud also plays a key role in developing the Customer Service department. Previously, Mahmoud held the position of Assistant Director at Alghoniem Gallery from January 2013 to December 2015, where responsibilities included managing sales as well as marketing functions. Earlier experience at Hamza Group as a Sales Representative and Customer Service Supervisor from February 2008 to December 2012 further solidified Mahmoud's expertise. Mahmoud holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from The High Institute of Social Work, obtained between 1996 and 2000, along with a high school diploma from Al Nagah Secondary School.
