Viviane Lazard Sobral has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. In 2014, they began their career at Nestlé as a Marketing Trainee, where they gained experience in sales and strategic planning. Viviane later became a Marketing Specialist, leading multifunctional teams to reposition baby food brands based on consumer and healthcare professional insights.
In 2018, Viviane joined the Merck Group as a Junior Brand Manager, focused on marketing management for intestinal flora probiotics. Viviane executed integrated campaigns for healthcare professionals and consumers and collaborated with demand supply and sales teams to develop customized plans for clients and drive sales.
In 2021, Viviane worked as an Entrepreneur at Antler, gaining experience in the startup ecosystem. Viviane then moved on to join Hanai in 2022 as the COO and Co-Founder. Hanai is an early-stage impact startup that enables healthcare access and education through mobile phones, with a focus on promoting women's health in underserved communities.
Throughout their career, Viviane has demonstrated a strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign execution, team leadership, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
