Mitch Nicholls is an experienced technology executive with a strong background in software development and engineering management, currently serving as Director and Head Of Engineering at Hanasoft Pty Ltd since July 2021, where leadership of a team of 20+ professionals focuses on FinTech solutions. Prior roles include Engineering Manager at Metasoft Technologies and CTO at FIC Technology Pty Ltd, where Mitch managed product development and led teams in achieving project milestones. As Head of Software at TZ Limited, oversight of a software engineering team contributed to the advancement of security product lines, while as Chief Technology Officer at 3P Learning, Mitch directed the development of a leading mathematics web platform and played a vital role in the company's IPO.
