Fiona Stanton

Fiona Stanton is a seasoned professional in the fields of strategy, policy, and advocacy, currently serving as a Partner at Hanbury Strategy since October 2024 and as Director at Our Scottish Future since September 2021. Stanton's previous experience includes prominent roles such as Partner at 56˚ North, Strategic Consultant and Head of Policy, Advocacy and Campaigns at The Northern Powerhouse Partnership, and Campaign Director at Connecting Britain while on secondment from NPP. A long history with The Labour Party encompasses positions as Senior Regional Director, Interim Scottish General Secretary, and Executive Director for Governance, Membership & Party Services. Stanton's career in political organization began as Scottish Organiser for The Scottish Labour Party. Educationally, Stanton holds a Master of Arts in Modern History and Politics from the University of Glasgow.
