Jessica A. Pagan Aello, AIA, NCARB, serves as Principal and Higher Education Market Leader at Hanbury since October 2022, overseeing a range of projects including higher education, campus planning, cultural initiatives, and mixed-use developments. Prior to this role, Jessica held the position of Senior Associate at Design Collective, Inc. from June 2011 to October 2022, focusing on student housing, higher education, master planning, and affordable housing among other sectors. Additionally, Jessica contributed as a design consultant for the University of Maryland's Real Estate Development Program and worked as a teaching assistant in architecture courses while completing a Master of Architecture at the University of Maryland, where a Bachelor's of Science in Architecture was also earned.
