Joe Peznola

Joe Peznola has a diverse background with experience in various industries. Joe started their career in 1991 as a Naval Architect for the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard Detachment Boston, US Navy, where they served as a Project Manager overseeing system upgrades for two amphibious ship classes. In 1996, they joined Howe Surveying Associates, where they held the position of Director of the Land Development Division. In 2003, they became the Director of Engineering for Hancock Associates, where they led the company's expansion and professional offerings in land development. Since 2014, Joe has been working as the Head U16 Ski Race Coach for the Loon Race Team, where they have been coaching young skiers and sharing their expertise as a Level 200 Ski Race coach with 20 years of experience.

Joe Peznola attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 1982 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
