Born in Moore, OK and living in Florida now, Chuck is the Vice President of Carrier Services for Hancock Claims Consultants. He brings with him 32 years of industry experience, 27 of which are with first-party claims. He is leading teams that include the call center, claims processing, desk estimating and scheduling. Previously working with both large national carriers and regional carriers, Chuck has landed at Hancock to continue driving success and the highest levels of service. He is a graduate of Trevecca Nazarene University and spends his free time taking cruises with his wife and enjoying time with his five grandchildren.
