Prior to this role, Matt was a Lieutenant at the Hancock County Sheriff's Office from March 1998 to February 2024. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Wheeling University and is a graduate of the West Virginia State Police Academy, completing the 102nd basic class.
