Lea Chapa is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and mortgage industries with a robust background in sales and operations. Currently serving as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Hancock Mortgage Partners, LLC since July 2020, Lea previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer for Workforce Lodging at Total Lodging Solutions until August 2023, where the focus was on creating effective lodging solutions for various client needs. As Vice President of Sales at Pillar Hotels & Resorts, Lea directed sales for over 280 hotels nationwide from January 2009 to January 2017. Prior experience includes the role of Regional Director of Sales Marketing at Prism Hotels & Resorts, overseeing sales initiatives for a portfolio of 25 hotels, and serving as Area Director of Sales and Marketing for five IHG-managed hotels in the Houston area.
