Alathea Giepert

Alathea Giepert has extensive experience in the field of IT governance, risk management, and compliance, currently serving as IT GRC Manager at Hancock Whitney since January 2014. Giepert has held progressive roles within the company, including IT GRC Lead, IT GRC Analyst 2, and Senior Internal Auditor. Prior to Hancock Whitney, Giepert worked as an ERS Consultant at Deloitte from July 2012 to January 2014 and as a Consultant Intern at Deloitte & Touche in 2010. Early career experience includes an internship at Mountain America Credit Union, focusing on audit support. Giepert holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Information Systems and Decision Sciences and French from Louisiana State University, completed in 2012.
