Jeff Binder

Jeff Binder serves as the Manager, VP of Talent & Leadership Programs at Hancock Whitney since October 2021, focusing on cultivating a high-performing culture through comprehensive talent management solutions. Prior to this role, Jeff Binder worked at Ochsner Health System where responsibilities included managing performance and engagement strategies, and acting as a Human Resources Business Partner. Earlier experience includes leading the Talent Management group for the State of Louisiana, and various roles in recruitment and training coordination across different organizations. Jeff Binder holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Louisiana State University and a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Louisiana Tech University.
