Owen H. Munton

Owen H. Munton, CMB has a diverse work experience in the finance and mortgage industry. Owen H. started their career as an Applications Developer at WorldCom before moving on to become a Business Owner at TAX, LLC. Later, they held the role of Vice President of Residential and Commercial Lending at Magnolia State Bank & Prime Mortgage Inc. Owen H. continued their career as a Vice President at Hancock Whitney, where they managed regional mortgage production. Additionally, they served as Vice President at the Mortgage Bankers Association of Mississippi.

Owen H. Munton, CMB obtained their High School Diploma from Hattiesburg High School in 1995. Owen H. then went on to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management of Information Systems from Mississippi State University in the years 1995 to 2000. In 2016, they completed the Graduate School of Banking program at LSU, specializing in Banking. Additionally, they obtained their Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) Designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association in 2021.
