Ramona Marshall

Ramona Marshall is an experienced program manager currently serving in the Client Solutions division at Hancock Whitney since June 2021. Previously, Ramona held the position of Salesforce/nCino Administrator Team Leader/Manager at First Horizon Bank from July 2019 to June 2021. Ramona's extensive background at Stuller, Inc. from September 2001 to June 2021 includes roles as Director of Customer Technology and Data, Director of CRM and Customer Insights, and Director of Customer Analysis, focusing on enhancing customer experience through effective relationship management and data-driven strategies. Ramona also contributed to customer care and education as Marketing Director for Rio Grande Jewelry Mfg from May 1998 to August 2001. Ramona holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and is currently pursuing graduate studies at the Graduate School of Banking at LSU.
