Mark Hart

Mark Hart is an accomplished attorney and author with extensive experience in insurance coverage claims and litigation at Hand Arendall Harrison Sale LLC since 1981. Hart has developed effective strategies for the fair and prompt resolution of insurance coverage disputes benefiting both policyholders and carriers. Previously, Hart served as a law clerk to Chief Justice C. C. Torbert, Jr. at the Supreme Court of Alabama from 1978 to 1979. Hart holds a Juris Doctor degree from Samford University, obtained in 1978, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Auburn University, completed in 1975.
