Deborah Smith

DeBorah "Sunni" Smith, MS, JD, LLM, PCC, is an experienced executive coach and organizational strategist currently serving as a Coaching Supervisor at Coaching for Social Justice and as Principal and Owner of Cassava Coaching & Consulting. With a focus on leadership development and public policy across various industries, DeBorah also works as a Business Coach at Creating Futures That Work and a Partner at mentumm. In addition, DeBorah contributes as an Executive Coach with the Center for Creative Leadership and as an Executive Coach Affiliate with the Ariel Group. As an Associate Professor at Santa Monica College, DeBorah teaches Administration of Justice courses and has held teaching positions in psychology and counseling. DeBorah has provided coaching services through Hand & Associates and serves as a Council Member with GLG - Gerson Lehrman Group. Formerly an adjunct faculty member at Antioch University, DeBorah possesses advanced degrees in Public Policy Law, Communications Law, and Rehabilitation Counseling.
