Rayan Itani

Rayan Itani is an enthusiastic educator with over four years of experience in childhood education, currently serving as a Teacher at the New Jersey Department of Education since September 2024. Rayan Itani previously worked as a Special Education Teacher for the NYC Department of Education from October 2020 to September 2024, where responsibilities included teaching various subjects and implementing standards-based lesson plans. Additionally, Rayan Itani has been involved with Hand in Hand Family Services, providing tailored support for children with Autism and other disabilities since February 2019. Prior experience at the Chang Learning Center involved one-on-one instruction for students with disabilities. Rayan Itani holds a Master of Education in Childhood Special Education and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, both obtained from Brooklyn College.
