Xerria Jacobson

Xerria Jacobson is a dedicated healthcare professional with diverse experience in medical assisting, physical therapy, caregiving, and education. Xerria currently serves as a Medical Assistant at Summit Foot + Ankle, managing patient care and documentation, while also working as a Physical Therapy Technician at Hand and Orthopedic Physical Therapy Specialists, collaborating with therapists to address patient needs. As a Supported Living Caregiver with the Division of Services for People with Disabilities, Xerria enhances the quality of life for individuals with disabilities through personalized care plans. Previous roles include teaching English as a Second Language at Murray School District and working as a Case Investigator/Contact Tracer for the Utah Department of Health and Human Services.
