Chris Renfer

Chris Renfer is an experienced professional with a robust background in banking, business development, and education. As the founder of The Fast Lane Space since October 2022, Chris focuses on accelerating human potential for forward-thinking organizations and leaders. Currently a lecturer at HKV Aarau, Chris teaches a module on communication and behavioral styles aimed at strengthening leadership competencies. With a long tenure at Zürcher Kantonalbank, roles included Head of Operations in Financing, Head of Trend & Innovation Management, and various managerial positions, encompassing strategy development and team leadership. Chris holds multiple degrees, including an Executive MBA in Digital Leadership from HWZ University and a Professional Certificate in the Science of Happiness at Work from UC Berkeley, along with other qualifications in banking and management.
