Mariana Tarau

Mariana Tarau has held a number of positions in their career. Mariana started as a Key Account Manager at Philips in 1998, then became a Franchisee at Second Cup Coffee Company Inc. in 2004. In 2007, they moved to Staples Solutions as an Operations Manager, and then in 2012, they became the Senior Director Of Operations at Handi-Crafters.

Mariana Tarau has a diverse education history. Mariana obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Food Engineering from Universitatea “Dunărea de Jos” din Galați in 1986-1991. Mariana then went on to complete a Diploma in Management from The Open University Business School in 2000-2002, followed by an MBA in Operations Management from HEC Montréal in 2004-2006. Most recently, in 2021, Mariana obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Villanova University and a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
