Pernilla Lindén

Pernilla Lindén is the EVP of Strategy and Business Excellence at Handicare Group. Pernilla has been with Handicare Group since January 2019 and has held various positions within the company. Prior to their current role, Pernilla was the CFO of Handicare Group from January 2019 to December 2021. Pernilla has also held the position of EVP strategy and business excellence from January 2019 to December 2019. Prior to their time at Handicare Group, Pernilla was a consultant for business excellence at Mölnlycke from January 2018 to December 2018.

Pernilla is a strong advocate for women in leadership roles and has been involved with the WomenUp Sweden initiative since 2014. As part of their work with WomenUp, Pernilla has helped develop a leadership development program for high-potential women.

Pernilla Lindén has a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from the University of Gothenburg.

Pernilla Lindén reports to Staffan Ternström, CEO and President. They work with Clare Brophy - Executive Commercial Director UK, Europe & Far East, Mattias Hakeröd - EVP, HR & Enabling Functions, and Peter Slack - EVP, Operations.
