Dmitry Matskevich

Dmitry Matskevich is a Russian entrepreneur and business executive. Dmitry is the co-founder and CEO of Handl, a company that provides an API for companies to convert any documents into structured data. Handl is backed by Y Combinator.

Prior to Handl, Dmitry was the co-founder of Flocktory, a customer lifecycle management platform that was acquired by NASDAQ:QIWI in 2017. Dmitry also served as a partner at Relap.io and as the head of CRM and Special Projects at Wikimart.

Dmitry has a background in consulting, having worked as a consultant for Financial and organizational consulting (FOC) and as an analyst for Accenture. Dmitry also has experience in research, having worked as a research assistant at the Central Economic-Mathematical Institute of Russian Academy of Sciences.

Dmitry Matskevich works with a small team of people who report to him. This team includes Alexey Hahunov, Co-Founder & CTO, and Alexey Tsishevski, COO.
