Polina Kratova is an accomplished leader in education and business development with extensive experience spanning multiple sectors. As the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of RiseUP Stars and the Rising Stars Foundation, Polina focuses on providing enrichment programs and out-of-school support for students, aiming to cultivate self-esteem and leadership among youth. Polina's previous roles include serving as a Fractional Chief Business Development Officer for early-stage AI startups and advising tech companies at Starta VC. With a strong background in managing operations, sales, and growth initiatives, Polina has also contributed to organizations such as AMDA College and Conservatory of the Performing Arts and the Youth Policy Institute.
