QA Engineer at Handle Financial

Adam Campbell has worked in the software industry since 1992, beginning as a Freelance Writer and Editor. In 1995, they became a Documentation Specialist at SAIC/MariPro in Goleta, CA. In 1997, they moved to Openwave Systems in Santa Barbara, CA, where they served as Lead QA Engineer until 2004. During this time, they designed and executed test procedures and prepared comprehensive results documents for carrier-scale telecommunications software, maintained testing records using a proprietary internal bug tracking system, and contributed and edited text for engineering notes, user interfaces, and end-user documentation. In 2004, they worked as a QA Tester at Cyberlore Studios in Northampton, MA. In the same year, they also founded Kid Filmmakers & Film Workshops, where they served as an instructor, regional manager, and founder. Adam worked with local schools to design and implement multimedia curriculum for students aged 8-18, hired and supervised instructors for media education program, and created and maintained an online gallery of student video productions. In 2008, they became a Business Analyst and Content Editor at Precipio Technologies. In 2011, they were a Technical Writer and QA/Support at Originlab Corp. In 2012, they became a QA Lead and Business Analyst - Kuali Rice, Kuali Student at Navigator Management Partners (following rSmart acquisition). Finally, in 2018, they became a QA Engineer at Handle Financial.

Adam Campbell began their educational journey in 1984 at Keystone College, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Communication in 1986. In 1988, they earned a BA in English from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Adam then completed Montessori Pre-K Teacher Training at the Northeast Montessori Institute in 1990. In 2013, they obtained a Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance. Adam also obtained a Montessori Pre-K certification from the American Montessori Society in 1990.
