Jamey Ventura, MBA has over 20 years of experience in the sports and business industries. From 1989-2001, they worked as the Assistant Director of Golf Operations at Eagle Vale Golf Club, where they worked with the Head Golf Professional to run all facets of a public golf course operation. From 2001-2004, they were the Assistant Women's Soccer and Lacrosse Coach at Kenyon College. From 2004-2007, they were the Director of Athletics and Women's Soccer Coach at Green Mountain College, where they helped rebuild the athletic department into a competitive NCAA Division III institution and guided the team from 7 wins to an 18-1 win season and independent championship in just a 3 year span. From 2007-2009, they were the Director of Athletics and Women's Soccer Coach at Wells College, where they were responsible for Director of Operations, Project Management, Strategic Planning, OKR/Goal setting, Recruiting, HR, Marketing and Communications, Fundraising, Data Analytics based decision making, and Event Management. From 2009-2018, they were an MBA Graduate Specializing in Corporate Finance at Walden University. From 2018-2021, they were the Associate Dean of Athletics at Northern Vermont University, where they were responsible for Director of Operations, Project Management, Strategic Planning, OKR/Goal setting, Recruiting, HR, Marketing and Communications, Fundraising, Data Analytics based decision making, and Event Management. Since 2022, they have been the Talent Acquisition Manager at HANDLE® Global.
