Jeffrey Conord has been in the healthcare industry since 2011. jeffrey started their career in the US Army, where they held dual roles as Operations Officer and Company Commander at Kirk U. S. Army Clinic as well as Executive Officer - Captain, responsible for management of administration, logistics, maintenance, and support for the main facility and 6 satellite care clinics. jeffrey also served as the Public Affairs Officer for all facilities. In 2014, they joined Upstream Strategies, LLC as Business Development Manager, responsible for the development of Cardiovascular Services, Wound Care Centers with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) and Nurse Staffing Program for a healthcare system consisting of multiple hospitals, facilities and 400 community based physicians. In 2015, they became a Territory Manager at ZOLL Medical Corporation, responsible for selling ZOLL's non-invasive wearable cardiac defibrillator system to physicians, patients, hospitals and staff. In 2017, they joined Healthcare Asset Network as an Account Executive.

Jeffrey Conord attended Radford University from 2004 to 2008, where they received a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations/Image Management.
