Brooke Riley is currently working as a Business Development at Handoffs, which leverages AI to ensure seamless handoffs along the customer journey. Prior to this, Brooke took a career break to travel to 15 countries and explore the world. Before that, Brooke worked as a Sr Account Manager and Account Manager at Sendoso, helping companies engage with customers throughout the buyer's journey. Brooke also has experience as a Customer Operations Specialist at CoffeeSender and as a Sales Specialist at ADP. Brooke graduated from Arizona State University in 2014.
