Johan van den Berg

Johan van den Berg has a diverse range of work experience in the HR field. Johan started their career as an intern at Topdirection P&O Diensten, where they conducted research on HR policies and assisted with personnel administration. Johan then became an HR advisor at Topdirection, gaining experience across multiple industries such as automotive, production, transport, logistics, and technology. Johan also worked as a research assistant at Universiteit Utrecht before transitioning to a role as a secretary at Output - Community voor alumni van Human Resource Studies Tilburg. In this position, they were responsible for member relations, marketing, and communication. Johan later held HR roles at Handpicked agencies, Fingerspitz Online Marketing, E-sites, Bluebird Day, and TDE Sports and Technology. Throughout their career, Johan has demonstrated a passion for HR and has consistently sought opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
