César Rodríguez Ruiz has held a variety of roles in the software development industry since 2015. In 2015, they were a Software Developer at Ingenia Telecom an Astellia company. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Project Engineer and Software Analyst/Developer at GMV. During this time, they developed the European Union External Action Command and Control System - EUCCIS. In 2019, they became the Mobile Team Lead at Handpoint, where they are responsible for technical definition of features, giving technical guidance and assistance to the team, and organizing workloads and delegating tasks to reach deadlines. Additionally, they are involved in the development of Android, JS and .NET SDKs for customer integration with Handpoint services and the development of microservices using Node.
