Jonathan Yeo

Jonathan Yeo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and talent management. As the founder of The Potential Space since 2020, Jonathan provides strategic consulting services to enhance organizational effectiveness in DEI and leadership. Concurrently, as a Senior Consultant at Hands On L&D, Jonathan leads learning programs aimed at developing leadership capabilities across various career stages. Jonathan's previous roles at Apple included positions such as Inclusive Leadership & Development Manager and Americas Leader for Global Talent Attraction Programs, where efforts focused on fostering inclusive leadership and creating learning solutions. Jonathan also served as Senior Regional Marketing and Recruitment Manager at Macquarie University, promoting international student recruitment in the Asia Pacific. Jonathan holds an Executive Master in Change from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Technology Sydney.
