Monte Deere has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 1991, they served as a Law Clerk for Honorable Deanell R. Tacha at the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. From 1992 to 1995, they worked as an Associate Attorney at Carrington Coleman Sloman & Blumenthal. In 1997, they became a Partner at Bennett Tueller Johnson & Deere, where they remained until their transition to HandsFree Labs and Kizik in 2019. In these roles, they served as the Chief Executive Officer. In addition, from 2008 to 2012, they worked as an Adjunct Law Professor at Brigham Young University.
