Donna MacDonald

Donna MacDonald currently serves as the Director of Customer Success and Digital Engagement at Handshake since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Amplitude, where Donna led the Customer Success team for the Americas from September 2019 to July 2023 and also served as Head of Corporate Customer Success, driving customer adoption and satisfaction with Amplitude's digital analytics platform. Prior to Amplitude, Donna spent over seven years at LinkedIn, where responsibilities included managing Customer Success for segments within LinkedIn Talent Solutions and leading teams of Customer Success Managers across North America. Donna's career began at CV Partners as a Finance Recruiter. Educational qualifications include a BA in Economics with an Accounting Emphasis from UC Santa Barbara.
