Erin Okeefe

Erin OKeefe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Handshake since November 2017. In this role, Erin collaborates with over 100 university leaders to establish goals and success metrics while developing educational content for various platforms. Prior to Handshake, Erin held several positions at Deloitte, including Senior Onboarding Specialist and Senior Campus Recruiting Specialist, where responsibilities included coordinating training for new hires and leading campus recruiting efforts for diverse consulting practice areas. Erin's earlier experience includes managing employer programs at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and providing career counseling at Northwestern University. Erin holds a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Spanish from the University of Michigan.
