Jaci S. is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer support, Pilates instruction, and retail management. Currently serving as a Documentation Specialist at Handshake since November 2020, Jaci previously held roles as a Premium Support Specialist and Consumer Support Specialist. In addition to this, Jaci is a Pilates Instructor at ALIGN Austin since July 2020 and was the Founder, Manager, and Instructor at Feel Good Pilates Austin, LLC from June 2018 to July 2020, where responsibilities included developing the company vision, managing instructors, and growing the client base through digital marketing. Prior experience includes working at Dillard's Inc., where Jaci managed a $12M sales volume as a Buyer and increased sales penetration as an Advertising Coordinator, alongside roles as an Assistant Buyer and Business Manager. Jaci began a career at The Walt Disney Company as a Costumer and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising from Texas State University.
