Katie Flint

Katie Flint is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership, program management, and employee development. Currently serving as an Implementation Manager and previously as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Handshake since May 2022, Katie has a rich history in educational and organizational roles, including a tenure as a Learning and Development Program Manager at the University of Phoenix from April 2021 to April 2022. Specialized in coaching, curriculum development, and virtual engagement strategies, Katie has successfully guided 450+ people leaders and developed educational content to bolster leadership competencies.
