Bailey Arent

Bailey Arent is an experienced implementation and client success professional currently serving as the Lead Implementation Manager at Rippling since January 2022, previously working as an Implementation Manager at the same company. Prior to Rippling, Bailey held the position of Implementation Consultant at Harver from March 2021 to January 2022. From June 2014 to March 2021, Bailey worked at Checkster (now part of OutMatch), progressing through roles that included Client Success Team Manager, Product Manager, and Client Success Executive.
