Rich Tom

Rich Tom is an experienced design professional currently serving as Product Design Lead at Handshake since October 2022. Previously, Rich held various design leadership roles at Wonolo, including Director Of Product Design and Senior Product Design Manager, where responsibilities included managing a team of designers and overseeing design strategy. At Index, acquired by Stripe, Rich worked as Senior Product Designer, leading end-to-end product development for payment software. Earlier experience includes positions at createthe group, where Rich collaborated with high-profile brands, and American Apparel, focusing on visual design. Rich holds a Bachelor of Design in Communication Design from Emily Carr University of Art and Design.
