Previously, Rachael served as Executive Vice President at F I E L D S T O N E from June 2011 to 2020, where significant contributions included leading company expansion and achieving over 300% growth, developing strategic plans, and doubling showroom sales operations. Rachael held various leadership roles, including President and Vice President for the Southeast region, at F I E L D S T O N E, driving revenue growth and enhancing team performance. Earlier experience includes senior sales roles at Vera Bradley, The Simblist Group, and Mohawk, with a strong track record of exceeding sales goals and building strategic partnerships. Rachael holds a BS in Communications with a focus on Advertising and a Minor in Marketing from Appalachian State University.
