Sheila Her

Sheila Their is an experienced professional in operations and event management, currently serving as Director of Operations & Signature Events and Director of Corporate Projects at HandsOn Twin Cities since June 2019. Notably, Sheila led 2,500 volunteers for the 2019 NCAA Final Four as Director of Volunteer Programs for the Local Organizing Committee and managed 10,000 volunteers for Super Bowl LII as Manager of Volunteers with the Minnesota Super Bowl Host Committee. Previous roles include overseeing volunteer programs at HealthEast, coordinating events at Ewald Consulting, and supporting fundraising efforts for Girl Scouts of Minnesota and Wisconsin River Valleys. Sheila holds a Bachelor of Science in Entertainment Management from Missouri State University and has additional educational experience from Ewha Womans University.
