Allie Botkin

Allie Botkin has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being the Human Resources Director at Handtmann Inc. Allie previously worked as a Customer Experience Channel Manager at ITW and as a Regional Customer Experience Manager and Human Resources Manager at Boar's Head Brand. Prior to that, they held various positions at Target, including Store Director, Human Resources Manager, and Executive Team Leader.

Allie Botkin completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management from Western Illinois University from 2004 to 2009. Allie further pursued their studies and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Argosy University Chicago from 2009 to 2011.
