These roles involved responsibilities such as managing motor grader operations and marketing, leading product development projects, and ensuring performance, quality, and cost targets were met.

Maxwell King completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Millikin University in 2012-2013. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate education at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from 1998 to 2003.
Additionally, Maxwell King obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Caterpillar in May 2006.
