Andy Bell has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and handyman industries. Andy started their career as a General Manager at Chart House Restaurants from 1989 to 1993. Andy then worked as a General Manager at Wynkoop Brewing Company from 1993 to 1997. In 1998, Andy founded Handyman Matters, an internationally recognized franchise concept specializing in small- to medium-size handyman tasks. Andy served as the CEO and President of Handyman Matters and played a crucial role in the company's success. In 2019, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Ace Handyman Services.

Andy Bell attended Durango Senior High School from 1982 to 1984, where they earned their High School Diploma with a focus on General studies. Following that, from 1984 to 1989, they attended the University of Colorado Boulder. At the university, they pursued a degree in Economics, earning a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Economics with a specialization in Business and Marketing in 1989.
