David Cappellari

David Cappellari is a finance professional with extensive experience in corporate real estate and financial analytics. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Real Estate Finance at Hanesbrands Inc. since June 2022, David previously held the position of Assistant Vice President in Corporate Real Estate Business Analytics at Regions Bank from April 2020 to June 2022. Prior roles include Senior Financial Analyst focused on Corporate Real Estate Strategy Finance at JLL and similar positions at Bank of America, where David worked on Affinity Credit Card Finance and was part of the Financial Management Associate Program. David began a career in finance as an Options Clearing Services Intern at Bank of America in 2014. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management from Clemson University.
