Deborah Blayney

Deborah Blayney is a highly experienced professional in the textile industry, currently serving as the Global Research & Innovation Manager for Product Development at Hanesbrands Inc. since May 2014. With a robust background that includes roles such as Director of Raw Materials at Maidenform and Textile Technologist for The Limited, Deborah has demonstrated expertise in materials innovation, sourcing, and commercialization processes. Previously, Deborah held positions as Fabric R&D Manager at Calvin Klein Underwear and Technical Services Manager at Quaker Fabric, where responsibilities encompassed quality assurance, fabric testing, and technical liaison work. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Textile Management & Technology from Auburn University and has additional education in Knitting and Textile Design from Philadelphia University.
